RSPCA Cumbria West is a separately run and self-funding registered charity. All money raised goes towards rescuing and rehoming lost, abused and unwanted animals in our care. All rescued animals are vet-checked, neutered, micro-chipped and given their annual injections before being re-homed. We also try to provide assistance for people who cannot afford neutering and basic medical care for their pets.
The cost of funding this vital work is always increasing. To this end, we have started an appeal; we ask members of the public to donate £2 (or more) per month via standing order (forms can be collected from our office in Whitehaven) or online via PayPal. This commitment will go a long way in providing the necessary income to continue helping local animals in distress.
If you could help us by donating or in any other way, it would be very much appreciated. Only with your assistance can we retain and improve the invaluable help available to animals in Cumbria.
